Pb avec Starry Night

Salut,

j'ai un soucis avec SN : j'ai du réinstaller le logiciel mais j'ai maintenant le message suivant :

"An error occured. Try again after throwing out your "Personnal Bookmarks" file in the preferences folder. QUIT"

J'ai réinstaller mais j'ai toujours le même problème.

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait d'ou ça peut venir ?

Tu as désinstallé le logiciel mais peut-être pas fait du ménage dans les dossiers et la BDR ?..

Cela concerne Starry Night Backyard, mais ressemble étrangement à ton problème (même message d'erreur).

Oui j'ai fait du ménage dans la base de registre. j'ai supprimé toutes les entrées comportant le mot "starry".

je ne trouve pas de dossier nommé "Préférences" dans le dossier "Starry Night Pro Plus 6".

Il n'a pas un patch à appliquer ? ou un truc à lancer avant de lancer le prog ?

Many thanks again for getting back to me. Last night I sat for absolutely ages (about 1.1/2 hrs) and finally found the folders in Starry Night Backyard that I'd been looking for. Searched every single one, or so I thought, but still couldn't find the ones I needed. However, I didn't want to give up and am pleased I didn't. I finally found the ones I needed ie the Personal Preferences and the Bookmarks so I deleted those as you suggested and - Hey Presto it worked. I realised later that I think what may have happened when I was looking at some of the constellations the other day and put labels on to show them up, when I came out of the programme I may have clicked on to Save my mistake instead of Don't Save and that may have saved those labels markings as bookmarks. Must be more careful in future. Again my very grateful thanks for your help.
