PARIS (Reuters) - L'éclairage nocturne des bâtiments non résidentiels sera interdit en France à partir du 1er juillet afin de réduire la consommation d'énergie et les nuisances pour l'environnement, a fait savoir mercredi la ministre de l'Energie, Delphine Batho.
